Our founder created this agency after his sister and our namesake, Rula, passed away. Rula was a very sensitive and caring person. Rula Care Ltd was born from a vision to create a care agency, and then a home care service, that would reflect her qualities. He wanted her name to live on in something good and meaningful on a daily basis, even though she is no longer with us.
We treat our staff and clients as a part of our family, with a friendly atmosphere and a ‘door always open’ policy. Our team members are fully supported to be able to provide the highest quality, bespoke care, and are fully vetted. We can provide our staff with counselling support from a qualified counselor.
We provide domiciliary care, supported living, 24/7 support and community support.
